Bondalti’s growth strategy brings daily challenges to the Human Resources Management team.

Our People policy is aligned with United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 8, which calls for Decent Work and Economic Growth:

-> At Bondalti, all employees are covered by formal employment contracts
-> n alignment with respect for Human Rights, Bondalti does not accept employees under the age of 18, and an admission requirement is having concluded the 12th year of schooling
-> 65% of Bondalti employees are covered by a Collective Work Contract.

Family Responsible Company

Since 2020, Bondalti Chemicals and Capital are entities certified as a “Family Responsible Company” (efr).

At Bondalti, the balance between personal, family and professional life is an essential and differentiating condition in the management of our People. Through this flexible and personalised management model, we are committed to excellence, in a process that is assessed and reviewed annually, based on defined metrics.

Being efr also involves the implementation of an Action Plan. These measures must meet the expectations and needs of our people, as well as being sustainable and accessible to all.

Currently our Action Plan* targets over 5 dozen measures, from which it is worth highlighting:  

  • Meal allowance paid above the legal limit;
  • Health Insurance extendible to the family unit;
  • Fruit, tea and coffee available free of charge;
  • Free access to specialty consultations, such as labor physiotherapy, podiatry, psychology, and nutrition;
  • Parenting Kit;
  • School kit.

*the measures apply to all employees holding an employment contract with Bondalti
