This Channel allows secure submission and tracking of complaints, ensuring the confidentiality of the identity or anonymity of the complainants (if the complainant so wishes) and the confidentiality of the identity of third parties mentioned in the complaint, while ensuring that the Channel prevents access to such information by unauthorized persons.
Complaints submitted will be treated with strict independence and impartiality, guaranteeing that there are no conflicts of interest, under the terms of the action procedure of the Ethics Ombudsman and Compliance Officer, described in the respective Regulation.
