Supporting the Community
A fundamental part of Bondalti's connection to the Estarreja community is through Pacopar - the Community Advisory Panel of the Estarreja Responsible Care Program - whose mission is to improve the quality of life in Estarreja by applying the Responsible Care® commitments, through responding to people's concerns, greater transparency and promoting community cooperation.
Pacopar ensures good and effective communication between the companies of the Estarreja Chemical Complex and the local community, so that everyone feels respected and safe, promoting mutual help between entities in the areas of Education, Science, Health, Civil Protection, Safety, Environment and companies, for the benefit of the population. As part of the Panel, Bondalti continues to support and organize actions with various local stakeholders, from schools to cultural and sports associations, as a way to communicate openly and actively with the community and to promote sustainable development.
On the other hand, on its own behalf, Bondalti has established several partnerships with various associations. The tree planting actions with Bioliving, the offer of equipment to the canoeing center of the Saavedra Guedes Association, the donations to Cerciesta are some of the many examples that we can highlight.
