INDUSTRIAL CHEMISTRY TECHNICIANS (M/F)

Framework:

The selected candidates will participate in a specific training program — 4×4 Training — which will allow them to acquire the knowledge and develop the technical skills necessary for the exercise of the function. Candidates will be accompanied by experienced mentors and will have access to a specific development plan for the production sector in which they will work.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and control the panel intended for the manufacturing process, making any corrections according to the readings taken;

Make the necessary corrections at the panel level or outside to ensure the planned production level;

Perform correction/adjustment maneuvers on the equipment, whenever necessary, within safety limits;

Carry out cleaning operations of the equipment, its components and installation, in order to ensure its proper functioning;

Perform outdoor maneuvers, necessary both for normal operation and for starting and stopping the facilities;

Take samples of the product at the various stages of production for subsequent laboratory analysis;

Execution and laboratory analysis to control the process (if necessary);

Record readings relating to levels, consumptions, quantities produced, temperatures, pressures, flows and operating hours of the various equipment, for subsequent sending of information;

Record all relevant activities carried out during the shift using our own software;

Ensure that the loading and unloading of products and the circulation of transports are carried out in accordance with established safety regulations, monitoring locally the operation of the equipment for the transfer, storage and shipment of products.

Required profile:

12th year, preferably in the professional, technological or equivalent areas, Graduates who wish to reconvert professionally;

Computer knowledge from the user's perspective;

Experience in an industrial environment (preferred);

Knowledge of the English language (preferred);

Willingness to work in shifts (experience in this work regime is a preferred factor);

Strong sense of responsibility and intellectual capacity for a role that requires attention to detail and proactivity;
