CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY SPECIALIST (M/F)

Framework:

Working as an integral part of the Sustainability and Climate Transition team, you will be responsible for managing several internal projects in close collaboration with the group's various departments and business areas.

Main Responsibilities:

Support the review of the Corporate Social Responsibility strategy with the definition of specific work programs, monitoring its implementation and ensuring the monitoring of established objectives and deadlines;

Production of ESG reports and analysis of various indicators for internal purposes, as well as for external entities for regulatory and reporting purposes;

Coordinate, or advise the responsible areas, on certification projects that may be defined within the scope of social responsibility, sustainable purchasing, ethics, or other related issues.

Required profile:

Higher Education in the areas of Engineering, Economics or Management;

Professional experience between 2 and 5 years in similar roles, in consulting, industry, oil&gas, retail, transportation and logistics sectors, or relevant sustainability institutions;

Proven experience in defining and implementing internal and external corporate responsibility programs (social and environmental volunteering programs; pro bono projects; sponsorship programs and donations with short, medium and long-term impact measurement; establishment and development of strategic partnerships (educational and academic institutions, business sector, NGOs and NGOs, government institutions, etc.) for social and environmental innovation);

Experience in Project Management;

Experience in Stakeholder Engagement and Sustainability Reporting as well as response to international assessment questionnaires (ex: EcoVadis, CDP, etc.);

Experience in defining sustainable purchasing strategies as well as involving suppliers in ESG matters;

Knowledge in GRI, SASB, TCFD, IIRC, Taxonomy, CSRD;

Knowledge of standards AA1000AS, AA1000SES, ISO 26000, SA8000, ISO 20400, ISO 37001, UNGC Principles;

Knowledge of the 2030 Agenda and SDGs;

Good knowledge in SAP, and in Microsoft tools;

Fluency in English and Spanish (preferred), in oral and written form;

Willingness to travel;

Ability to work in a team and to manage various internal and external stakeholders;

Capacity for resilience, to work under pressure and with defined deadlines;

Managing priorities and ability to adapt to changing environments;

Good communication skills, analytical and reasoning skills.
