SENIOR LEGAL TECHNICIAN
Overview:
Working as an integral part of the Legal Department team, you will be responsible for providing transversal legal support to Bondalti's various business areas, responding to requests in a timely and effective manner.
Main responsibilities:
Advising the Bondalti group's holding company and its subsidiaries in the areas of production and supply of chemical products, with a special focus on matters related to commercial and corporate law, directly supporting the business units both in their activities and in specific projects;
Drafting and negotiating all types of contracts relevant to business activity and providing legal advice, such as product supply contracts, equipment purchase and sale, service provision, works contracts, EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) and O&M (Operation and Maintenance), power purchase agreements and confidentiality agreements;
Day-to-day advice on company law (e.g. drafting articles of incorporation, articles of association, shareholders' agreements, minutes, certifications and other documents, including RCBE - Central Register of Beneficial Owners);
Support in the implementation and monitoring of compliance standards, particularly with regard to the prevention of corruption and the protection of personal data, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation.
Profile required:
Law degree;
Active membership of the Portuguese Bar Association;
Professional experience of between 3 and 5 years (after joining the Bar Association) in law firms and/or large companies;Interest in keeping up to date with recurrent legislative changes and market practices;
Willingness to travel;
Proficiency in spoken and written English (eliminatory factor) and Spanish (preferential factor);
Ability to adapt and manage priorities;
Ability to carry out and complete work independently;
Results-orientated and ability to meet deadlines;
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Good interpersonal skills.
