Framework:

We are looking for a dynamic member to join our SOC team. As part of this team, you will provide technical inputs to support the development of monitoring, incident response, threat modeling, and vulnerability management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical knowledge and support in monitoring the organizational cybersecurity environment, ensuring monitoring activities;

Support the analysis of SOC performance, and monitor compliance with KPIs, ensuring the required quality (scope of monitoring);

Communicate and maintain relationships of trust with internal and external stakeholders;

Support and monitor incident response activities:

- Support the development of incident response procedures;

- Align internal and external teams regarding incident response;

- Collect and analyze information related to the incident, with the purpose of preserving evidence of the attack;

Support and follow up on in-depth incident review/root cause analysis (how an incident occurred):

- Determine if a critical system or data set has been impacted;

- Provide support for analytical tools;

- Participate in threat modeling, case studies, and the development of manuals;

Collaborate with audits, integrating the conclusions that result from them;

Participate in the development of the Vulnerability Management strategy in order to deliver the best solution and support the analysis of systems and applications;

Monitor KPIs, ensuring compliance with the defined criteria and the required quality (scope of Vulnerability Management).

Required profile:

Degree or Master degree in computer, electrical and computer engineering, or similar;

A Master's degree in Cybersecurity, among others, will be valued;

Proven experience in the role;

Have the CCNA certification - Cisco Certified Network Associate or similar;

Have the ISC CC certification or similar;

Knowledge of ISO 27001 will be valued;

Good verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English. Knowledge of Spanish will be valued;

Communication, planning and organization skills;

Sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure;

I like teamwork;

Capacity of initiative to propose solutions and optimize processes;

Ease of interpersonal relationships and of working with different areas;

Ability to analyze and solve technical problems.
