Working as an integral part of the Automation and Control team, you will have the mission of ensuring the implementation and maintenance of automation and control systems.

‍

Main Responsibilities

Design and verification of control loops and security layers, in accordance with IEC61508 and IEC61511. Preparation of IO listings and alarms;

Analysis and rectification of electrical diagrams, IO, and PLC communication lists. Definition of requirements;

IO architecture and allocation in Basic Process Control Systems (BPCS), Distributed Control System (DCS), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), and Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS);

Integration of third party systems into the Distributed Control System (DCS) — Schneider;

Preparation of documentation, including dynamic documentation of Automation Systems.

Required profile

Academic Education at the Bachelor's and/or Master's degree level in Chemical, Electrotechnical and/or Computer Engineering;

Orientation for cooperation and synergy for a common objective;

Analytical capacity, results-orientation and problem solving;

Professional experience in the area of automation and control systems;

Knowledge of the IEC61508 and IEC61511 standards (preferred condition);

Good knowledge in the use of the “Microsoft Office” suites;

Proficiency in spoken and written English, and knowledge in Spanish is valued;

Availability for travel
