Bondalti Water started the project to remodel the water treatment system at the Spanish facilities of Akiolis, a French company dedicated to the sustainable production of pet food from animal by-products.
Taking place in Lérida, a community of Catalonia, the project focuses on improving the existing Wastewater Treatment Plant (Wastewater Treatment Plant), through the introduction of a primary treatment with cavitation and air fluctuation (CAF), anoxic secondary treatment (without oxygen) and membrane bioreactor (MBR). The system capacity will increase to 500 m3/h.
