Bondalti is one of the companies that signed the “Pact for More and Better Jobs for Youth”, an initiative of the José Neves Foundation (FJN), under the High Sponsorship of the President of the Republic, whose objective is to unite public and private efforts to promote and improve youth employment conditions, aligned with individual and national expectations.

This initiative follows the White Paper “More and Better Jobs for Youth”, published in December by the FJN, which presents a diagnosis of youth employment in Portugal, which identifies gaps and opportunities and provides clues for public debate on the topic.
The “Pact” involves, in addition to Bondalti and other companies in the José de Mello Group, several business organizations and public entities, such as the National Youth Council, the Employment and Professional Training Institute and the Youth Employment Observatory.
